Don't I get enough nutrients from my food?
Yes, food is a fantastic provider of nutrients but to receive everything that you need can be difficult to accomplish with just food. With that said, never underestimate a healthy rich plant based diet.
That is why we provide what we believe to be the best and highest quality of supplements.
Don't I just pee it out anyways?
There is a lot of chatter on whether supplements help or if it just makes for expensive urine. The reason is because we often see an increase in the yellow and orange found in our urine. This is actually caused by increase in B2 and/or riboflavin. Flavin comes from the word flavus which means yellow.
Do I have to take them with food?
we recommend to take supplements with food. When taken with food they are given optimal absorption because they work in conjunction with each other. Also, they are less likely to cause an upset stomach.
How do I know what to take?
Dr. Seth has taken continuing education on supplementation and protocols to know what is best for you and your situation. Most of our protocols also have a 30 day dietary suggestions. Remember, we do not want you to have to take supplement(s) or restrict your diet for forever. This is a temporary change to aid the body and brain to get you to optimal health. After this time period your body and brain should be reset and working more efficiently.
Don't forget to trust your instincts. Take notes to how you are feeling with what you are taking as well as what you are eating.
